Mechanical/Hydraulic Presses

Steffes Corporation offers the capability to stamp and form production parts with a broad range of mechanical press capabilities from 35-ton through 500-ton. Our 500-ton mechanical press offers coil-feeding capabilities in widths up to 18".

Also available for production are several hydraulic presses from 8-ton through 200-ton including a 75-ton horizontal press for special applications. Some of our presses are equipped with cushions, if tooling requirements call for it.

All of our production presses are set up for Quick Die Change, but will accommodate other tooling when necessary. Our staff of Tool & Die engineers and craftsman are very experienced in design, manufacturing and maintenance of standard and progressive dies.
