Efficiency of ETS Green Heating Solutions

Steffes heating systems are 100% efficient in a stand alone configuration. This means for each unit of electricity consumed by the heating system, it produces an equal amount of heat energy. When combined with an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), the efficiency of the system can be boosted to as high as 200 percent. The unique ability of the Steffes furnace to interface with an ASHP allows consumers to capture the full efficiency of the ASHP, even during cold winter months, while still providing complete comfort at all times. And equally as good, the Steffes system uses low-cost, off-peak electricity available from the power company. What a great combination – efficiency, comfort and low cost of operation.
