Employee Referral Program *

Steffes Corporation considers each of its employees a human resource recruiter. With the competitive world becoming more challenging every day, we need to constantly search for talent or "knowledge workers", as they are referred to today. Therefore, Steffes Corporation wishes to reward its employees for actively seeking high quality candidates for employment.

In recognition of being a recruiter and bringing forth quality applicants for hire, Steffes Corporation is offering the following incentives to its employees for each referral hired:

• Referring employee will receive a $200 gift certificate card 90 days after hiring of new employee. (Both employee and referral must still be employed at Steffes Corporation at the end of the 90 days)
• At the end of 6 months of employment by new employee, referring employee will receive another $200 gift certificate card. (Both employee and referral must still be employed at Steffes Corporation at the end of the 6 months.)
