STEFFES SPOTLIGHT: Andy Bossett
Andy Bosset joined Steffes a year and a half ago as an ETS assembly technician. Since then he has progressed in the company and currently is the production supervisor for the powder coat paint line.As production supervisor, he leads the paint line towards quality, safety and production goals. He also assists with continuous improvement efforts, personnel management, and training.
“I came to work for Steffes because I heard they treat their employees extremely well and provide opportunity for growth,” said Andy.
In addition to his supervisor role, Andy is a member of the safety committee and operates as a medical liaison as needed. “I really enjoy the day to day challenges of my job and working with people from every department,” said Andy.
Prior to Steffes, he served four years as a combat medic in the U.S. Army with a nine-month tour in Afghanistan.
“Steffes treats its veterans well and hosts an annual event to honor our service,” said Andy.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, marksmanship, and magnet fishing.
