Steffes Welcomes Members from Leadership North Dakota

 Steffes has the pleasure of welcoming Leadership North Dakota to our Grand Forks plant for an engaging tour. This group of professionals, representing a wide range of industries and communities across the state, visited to learn more about Steffes and how we operate.

Leadership North Dakota was established by University of Mary to develop the next generation of North Dakota’s leaders. They dive deep into an innovative and diverse curriculum, increasing their understanding of challenges and opportunities in industries across North Dakota.

In a letter written by Kaitlyn Green, Director of Workforce Development Operations, she discussed why Steffes was top of mind when planning their visit, “The insights gained from the tour would undoubtedly contribute to the professional development of our leadership cohort, fostering a more informed and strategic approach to their professional growth.”

Not only did the Leadership ND group get to experience the work we do in person, but they also saw firsthand how deeply quality is embedded in every aspect of our operations. At Steffes, we have a variety of certifications that demonstrate our processes, procedures, and safety measures adhere to stringent quality management requirements for the industries we serve.

Quality is a cornerstone of our work—and something we were proud to showcase during Leadership ND’s visit. Green shared that their group took notice as well, “We have heard positive feedback about your plant’s efficiency and commitment to quality, and we are eager to learn more about your best practices.”
