U.S. Representative Julie Fedorchak Visits Steffes Headquarters

Founder Paul Steffes and Co-President Todd Mayer had the pleasure of welcoming U.S. Representative Julie Fedorchak to Steffes headquarters earlier this week. During her visit, she toured our facilities and got a firsthand look at our Electric Thermal Storage (ETS) and Oil & Gas products.

This visit wasn’t Rep. Fedorchak’s first introduction to Steffes. Before being elected to Congress, she served as president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), where we first connected with her. More recently, Paul and Todd have also met with her in Washington, D.C., continuing the conversation of Steffes products and their ability to make positive impacts in the energy industry.

While back in North Dakota during congressional recess, Rep. Fedorchak made time to visit businesses across the state, including Steffes, to learn more about the innovation and opportunities happening here at home. She spent time engaging with our team, asking thoughtful questions, and gaining a deeper understanding of the products we design and manufacture.

“With her background in the energy sector, she really understands our ETS products and technology. Julie is a great fit for engaging in the kind of work we do at Steffes,” said Co-President, Todd Mayer. “It is important for her to see firsthand the opportunities North Dakota companies are working on and how she can take that perspective back to Washington to ensure they are supported.”

Our team left the conversation energized and encouraged. We are grateful for the time Rep. Fedorchak spent with us and honored to share how Steffes is driving innovation and creating solutions that make an impact both in North Dakota and beyond.
