Zack Hayes, a material coordinator at Steffes, decided to become a mentor after receiving continuous support from the program himself. “The opportunities that come with Steffes and the way they support employees are what drew me to the team,” Zack said. “I wanted to give back in the mentorship program and help hone and sharpen the tools we need to be successful. It’s great to see people grow and learn just from being kind.”
