Steffes Announces CEO Search to Lead Next Chapter of Growth
Steffes, a lean-operating original equipment manufacturer headquartered in Dickinson, North Dakota, today announced the launch of a search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide the company into its next phase of growth.

The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that builds upon Steffes’ strong foundation and positions the company for long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, innovation and delivering results in a complex and dynamic business environment. They will also foster strong relationships and be a steward for Steffes’s vision and values.

The current leadership team will continue in their roles during the search and will collaborate with the CEO on the right leadership structure to support Steffes’s growth strategy moving forward. Paul Eidenschink, Co-President, previously shared he would be transitioning to retirement in the next 1-2 years.
This change is focused on growth. “There are no plans to sell or split up the company,” said Steffes. “We will continue to be family owned and employee focused, and it is our intent to continue to be so for many generations to come.”
Steffes is partnering with an outside firm to lead the search. The Steffes family, Board of Governors and key leaders will play a critical role in the selection process, which is starting soon. Steffes expects the new CEO will begin in the first half of 2025.
