Steffes is committed to supporting our veterans and active service members and has been honored by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) with awards that recognize employers for policies and practices that are supportive of their employees’ participation in the National Guard and Reserve. These recognitions and awards originate from nominations by individual Reserve component members.

In addition to honoring them each Veterans Day with a luncheon and gift, Steffes also provides paid leave for our employees to serve in the National Guard or other reserve components of the United States Armed Services.
