From Booth to Breakout: Steffes Showcases the Emissions Reduction Unit at the Williston Basin Petroleum Conference

Members of the Steffes oil and gas team attended the 2026 Williston Basin Petroleum Conference in Bismarck, North Dakota, to showcase our latest innovative product, the Emissions Reduction Unit (ERU), and connect with industry leaders.

The Williston Basin Petroleum Conference is the largest conference and trade show in the nation focused on the Bakken, Three Forks and Williston Basin. The show brings together some of the industry’s leading experts on breakthrough technologies, energy markets, potential untapped formations, the regulatory environment and more.

Throughout the conference, the Steffes team highlighted the ERU and its effectiveness in the changing oil and gas landscape. Attendees were able to get an up-close look at the unit and connect with our team of experts, gaining an understanding of the innovation behind the product.

Beyond the booth, Steffes Design Engineer August Lorenzen presented during a Technical Solutions breakout session, sharing more about the technology behind the ERU.

“Showcasing the ERU at the conference allowed us to demonstrate how a practical, reliable solution can help operators improve efficiency while supporting evolving emissions goals,” he said. “The conversations throughout the conference reinforced the industry’s focus on innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and long-term sustainability.”

The team returned from the conference energized for this year and beyond. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with operators and experts from across the country and look forward to continuing to drive innovation in oil and gas.
