Sara has been with Steffes for 15 years, and throughout her career at Steffes, she has taken on a variety of roles — some familiar, like welding, and others completely new to her, including quality, supply chain, and now learning and development.

After spending the last few years in supply chain, Sara recently stepped into a new opportunity within our learning and development department. In this role, she will work with employees across all Steffes locations, supporting them the same way her supervisors supported her throughout the years.

Reflecting on her experience, Sara shared how much encouragement she received from leadership along the way.

“Every supervisor I’ve ever worked under has always been supportive. I’ve never had any reason not to try something new. I never felt like anyone questioned why I wanted to explore a different path.”
