Steffes Air Assist Flares use a variable speed fan to supply the necessary amount of oxygen (perimeter assist air) to excess gas being flared, producing a smokeless, clean burn. PFTIR testing has proven that our flares provide safer and more efficient combustion while operating in compliance with Quad Ob EPA regulations.

Our Air Assist Flares integrate seamlessly with Steffes flare accessories to maximize reliability and improve operational uptime. Pair the SAA-4 or SAA-8 models with an auto-adjust system to automatically regulate the amount of air being added to the flare’s gas stream, ensuring a consistent flame during daily surges and dips in gas production rates.
