Inspiring the Next Generation at SWCTE Academy Expo

On Thursday, May 1, 2025, Team Steffes joined 59 other local businesses at the Southwest Area Career & Technical Education (SWCTE) Academy Expo. Career and Technical Education equips students with hands-on, versatile skills that prepare them for both trade school and college. This event allows students to explore many different career and education opportunities throughout the community.

Team Steffes had a strong presence, with three interactive tables highlighting our different divisions, career paths, and why Steffes is an incredible place to work. Students got to meet representatives from engineering, supply chain, human resources, assembly, safety, and sales—and even played a few rounds of cornhole on custom metal boards built by our Dickinson team!

We were proud to connect with more than 1,000 students and share the Steffes story. Events like this allow us to inspire future talent and showcase a little bit of that “Steffes Magic.”
