Dickinson employees,

Steffes is committed to serving the communities we live and work in, a priority of the organization that is demonstrated regularly in the support and sponsorships of community programs and events across the state of North Dakota and now in the community of Shelby, North Carolina.

Members of Team Steffes are also empowered to not only make a difference in the organization but also within the communities in which we live and work. As residents of Stark and Dunn counties, you will have a unique opportunity to do just that next week.

The Dickinson Public School Board has proposed a $69 million bond to fund a renovation and addition at Dickinson High School and to enhance the safety and security in the elementary schools. A special election ballot will be put forward next week for a community vote.

We encourage you to educate yourselves on the current proposal, understand the implications of both a yes or a no result, and exercise your right to vote.
