I understand that if the candidate I referred is hired as a result of my referral:
Employees will receive a $500 bonus (subject to federal and state withholding's) after 90 days when a referred employee is hired. The bonus will be included in the referring employee’s paycheck after 90 days, if both are still employed at Steffes, LLC. Referral must be received by HR prior to hire date of person being referred. Referrals are only valid for New Hires – NOT REHIRES.
