High school and middle school students from across the region were invited to participate in a “career fair” of sorts, where they had the opportunity to learn about the various career paths, and necessary education and training, available to them in the world of manufacturing.

Dean Lutz, a welder at Steffes, recently celebrated a huge milestone — 25 years of service! To honor this milestone, we sent Dean and his wife on a scenic, rocking trip to Memphis, Tennessee, and Wake Forest, North Carolina.

In honor of 20 years of service at Steffes, we sent Jeremy Jahner, Director of Manufacturing Excellence, on a vacation of his choice this summer. Jeremy and his family retreated to Orlando, Florida, filled with adventures and quality family time.
