The list is published by Prairie Business Magazine annually in September. The list highlights businesses in the northern plains that were nominated by the employees who work for them as a great place to work. Some of the feedback categories filled out by employees included describing the company’s culture, their opportunities to advance their career through professional development, and general comments about why they enjoy working here.
