Julie Thorpe celebrates 25 years of service at Steffes
In honor of 25 years of service at Steffes, we sent Julie Thorpe, technical support manager, on a vacation of her choice this summer. She and her family retreated to 5th Crow Lake near Park Rapids, Minnesota, for a week of rest and relaxation earlier this month. Congratulations and thank you for your service, Julie!
My husband, Kevin, and I took our two dogs, Richard and Ellie, to a cabin on the lake to celebrate my 25 years at Steffes. We took our kayaks along with us and spent as much time as we could on the lake. The weather was 97° and humid the first two days, then dropped to 46° and rainy the third morning, with highs in the mid-60s after that. We were able to sneak kayaking in between the ever-changing weather conditions! I spent the rest of my time walking our dogs, watching movies, reading books, and hanging out with my husband. It was just what I needed for a getaway!
